At For The Future Victory Fund, we believe that a government that doesn’t look like its people cannot truly serve its people.
Today, our fundamental rights are under siege. From reproductive freedom and LGBTQIA2S+ rights to racial justice and economic equality, the progress we’ve fought for is being challenged by extremists. To meet this moment, we don't just need leaders; we need bold, visionary, and progressive trailblazers who are ready to fight back and win.
The Challenge We Face
For too long, the political system has been built by and for a specific demographic. At every level of government—from local school boards to the halls of Congress—the "incumbency advantage" and traditional donor networks create a barrier that favors those who are older, wealthier, and white. This systemic bias prevents everyday leaders from having a seat at the table, leaving our communities underrepresented and our needs unaddressed.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple yet transformative: To level the playing field. For The Future Victory Fund is dedicated to identifying and electing pro-Black, pro-equality, pro-choice, and pro-LGBTQIA2S+ candidates. We don't just look for candidates who "fit the mold"; we look for the organizers, the advocates, and the community leaders who have been doing the work on the ground and are ready to take that fight into office.
How We Win
Victory requires more than just a vision—it requires a machine. We equip our candidates with a comprehensive suite of professional tools and strategic support to ensure they can compete with—and beat—well-funded extremists.
Precision Messaging - Developing authentic, data-driven narratives that resonate with diverse communities.
Operational Support - Providing expert guidance on scheduling, event management, and day-to-day logistics.
Campaign Infrastructure - Giving "outsider" candidates the professional backbone needed to run a world-class campaign.
The Path to Victory
The fight is already underway. In the months ahead, For The Future Victory Fund is going all in. We are organizing tirelessly to help our current slate of candidates cross the finish line and laying the groundwork for a massive wave of representation.
We are building a future where our leaders truly represent the vibrant, diverse communities they serve. The future belongs to all of us—let’s win it together.
To be considered for endorsement, candidates must:
• Be pro-choice and support an individual’s right to privacy
• Support the rights of transgender and gender expansive individuals
• Demonstrate a reasonably thought-out policy platform
• Demonstrate support of federal, state, or local efforts to advance Racial Equity and LGBTQIA2S+ civil rights via the legislative or regulatory process
• Demonstrate support of federal, state, or local efforts to safeguard privacy and reproductive freedom
• Demonstrate a commitment and openness to seek out LGBTQIA2S+, Black, and POC campaign staff, consultants, and official staff.
